PHILIPPE LUBRANO

Philippe is a born leader and natural deal maker with 30 years of experience in the helicopter industry. From his early days at Aérospatiale (now Airbus Helicopters) to his setting up of several successful Aerospace companies around the world, he has largely proven his international and multi-cultural management skills. Philippe’s success can be routed to his unique focus on human capital development. Within his 19 years in Airbus Helicopters, he held multiple roles at a global level in customer service & business development capacities, founder and CEO of Airbus Helicopters Malaysia from 2002-2007 and finally Airbus Helicopters VP for South East Asia.

In 2009, he started his own company, Helipartner, playing a central role in setting up several operators throughout the world including Weststar Aviation Services to become the largest offshore helicopter operator in South East Asia. He also spearheaded successful ventures with major aerospace leaders such as Safran Group (Turbomeca, Snecma) and Dassault Aviation. Three years later, the fruitful cooperation between a group of partners and AgustaWestland (now Leonardo Helicopter Division) made Rotortrade possible, the company Philippe is leading today.

Aurélien has 20 years of international business experience in managerial and entrepreneurial capacities in various industries. He has held several management roles in the helicopter industry namely VP Sales & Support in Eurocopter South East Asia (now Airbus Helicopters Southeast Asia) and before joining Rotortrade, CEO at Safran Helicopter Engines Asia.

Aurélien has a strong track record of building successful and creative teams driving commercial growth. He has consistently achieved results through organizational development and by building positive long term partnerships with customers and suppliers alike. He is committed to making Rotortrade the most trusted & most innovative helicopter distributor.

RAYMOND LUBRANO

Raymond has worked in financial markets for more than 10 years, holding management positions in brokerage, market making and trading departments in major US and French banks in Paris and London. He entered the aviation industry in 2010 to venture and manage Heli-Union Malaysia. This subsidiary of the biggest French offshore helicopter operator helped to successfully develop the largest operator in South-East Asia.

He partnered with Philippe Lubrano in 2012 to establish a new standard in the aviation brokerage industry. His financial and brokerage background provides unique expertise to Rotortrade notably when it comes to complex transactions and financial engineering.”

FRANCK BOUILLON

After a career in finance, Franck joined the Aviation Industry in 1999. He was an inspiring leader loved by his collaborators all along his career path. He helped to develop RT business from scratch with an unparallel professionalism, humor, integrity and passion. His dedication to the development of Rotortrade was immense.

Franck was a highly respected Financial Director in the aviation industry who, among his many roles, served as CFO in Airbus Helicopters for Chile, Mexico and North Asia.
